The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection and the food quality was great. I was really impressed by the friendly staff who were so attentive .

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the experience we had it was reasonable.

The venue's position was very central.

The reception staff where not only proffessional, but genuinly fiendly and helpful. The facilities(parking,etc) and rooms where of an exceptional standard and very good value. I would recommend this hotel and if we are in the area again, would not hesitate to re book accommodation.

I loved the modern design of my room and the delicious breakfast options were rewarding were great, both within a short walk, perfect for a weekend traveler like me. While I found everything else wonderful, the mattress could use an upgrade.

The stuff where super-friendly lot of the time.

Greatly enjoyed the standard room with shower and moveable tables, as example I was given. Easy and handy location, it was close to a local bus stop. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Tralee.

How it stacks up, my honest take

What a spacious retreat with beautifully decorated rooms! The friendly staff, and the breakfast selection was quite good. Located conveniently near Tralee, it's perfect for exploring. While the dining experience had its hiccups, the warmth of the cute ambiance more than made up for it.

Quiet, relaxed environment, good & friendly bar, decent food and good price. Room spacious and comfortable. First room had a plumbing problem but immediately changed without demur. Very good breakfast menu.

Limited wine list in the bar, on asking for a wine list the response was "red or white"!! Best stick to Guinness.

It was just an ideal choice for a short weekend trip in Tralee with excellent value for money. The food we had for lunch was beautiful, even though the service could've been better. Make sure to ask for the dessert menu right away to avoid waiting too long.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was first class and the bedroom was very comfortable and roomy and very clean. I would highly recommend the Hotel to anybody. Well done..

There was nothing negative about the hotel or its staff. 1st class all the way.

The girl on reception was just so pleasent, lovely to meet greeting staff with a smile. Staff in the resteraunt at breakfast time were also exceptionally friendly, room was very spacious and clean, would definitely reccommend it. Thanks.

Pleasant,efficent,friendly,relaxing

Really good staff was great, accommodating us with our three energetic boys despite a packed restaurant. The food was fantastic, particularly the golden malted waffles. The room was spacious and well-appointed, though water pressure was lower than ideal in the bathroom. A peaceful atmosphere allowed for good rest, and the bar had a lovely ambiance complemented by attentive service.

Thank you very much for the lovely stay for 1 night. The breakfast is served in the bar! Its location is marvellous & comfortable, just next door to the restaurant where the service as well as the leisure centre. Go sightseeing and visit Ratass Church, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.
